Movement of the Plague
In the 14th century, Europe was prerparing for a big movement in civilisation, cities were getting bigger, people had more power, and inventions were begining to get bigger. The population was still pretty small compared to nnow, but everyone was spread out. This lead to overuse of land.
This helped spread the disease faster.
The first outbreak of the plague was in the Chinese province of Hubei in 1334. In 1347 it spread to Kaffa (Ukraine). An army leaving Kaffa and travelling into Europe, was carring the deadly disease. This then spread on through Europes population killing off up to 3/4 of their population.
